Having a structured records management system means that you always know where your documents, files or data is.
As a Records Management Specialist , I help health care providers - both public and private - ensure compliance with physical and electronic records management. I work closely with your teams to map out how your records are stored and put measures in place to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies (FDA, GDPR, HIPPA, POPI, POPIA etc).

All training can be customised to your company's requirements. We customise them according to the audience, level of skills, business requirements and highest risk areas.
Train the the Trainer packages can also be developed and to this we add a mentoring and coaching component to ensure your teams can practically implement what they were taught.
Generic high level course are also available to give a high level overview only.
For very high level courses we can do online quick introductory sessions to introduce the concepts to your teams.
